About me
WHY I DO THIS
I am passionate about understanding and pro-actively responding to stress and trauma, and the concept of building individual, group and organisational mental fitness and resilience. I am also passionate about providing services to front-line staff, who are doing their best on what may be the worst days of other people's lives and investing/ improving organisational culture.
HERE is a link to our 2018 Worksafe Finalist Award video, showcasing what my colleagues and myself at MFB (now FRV) were doing to support the whole of health of its people.
